1. Is the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation still selling Sparkles of Hope bracelets?
Yes, the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation is still accepting orders for bracelets. To place an order, please proceed to our Shop page under the Supporting Cancer Care tab, or call 1-877-999-7589 (or 709-777-7589). You can also place an order at the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation office. Our current delivery time is 4-6 weeks from the order date.
Bracelets are no longer available from Bogarts retail locations.
2. Will you be expanding Sparkles of Hope to include any additional pieces, such as necklaces or earrings?
No, the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation has no current plans to expand the Sparkles of Hope brand to other jewelry products.
3. How can I exchange my bracelet?
Unworn bracelets can be exchanged for an alternate size. If you have ordered or received a bracelet and the size is incorrect you can exchange it in
one of 3 ways:
1- Mail it back to us with a note on the size requested and we will send you back a
replacement, or
2- You can certainly visit the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation office for
an exchange.

5. What if my bracelet breaks?
As the manufacturer of Sparkles of Hope bracelets offers a 12-month warranty on their unaltered product, we are able to offer an exchange for a broken bracelet if proof of purchase from within the past 12 months is provided and if the bracelet has not been altered. If you have changed the clasp on your bracelet, it will not be eligible for an exchange.

Please note that Time Co in St. John’s are offering a Sparkles of Hope bracelet repair service, and would have all the parts necessary to repair your bracelet should your bracelet not be covered under the exchange warranty noted above. If you are not planning on visiting St. John’s in the near future, they are also offering a mail-in service. You may reach them at (709) 753-7668.
6. My bracelet has become tarnished. Is this normal?
Yes, sterling silver will tarnish over time and depending on the conditions it is exposed to (i.e. showering etc.), this may occur faster than normal. To clean your bracelet, please use a jewelry polishing cloth and regularly clean the silver components of the bracelet. You may find that your bracelet will not tarnish as easily if you do not keep it in the box.
7. My bracelet didn’t come in a box… how can I obtain a listing of the colors?
If you purchased a Sparkles of Hope bracelet that did not come in a box, it may not be an authentic Sparkles of Hope bracelet. If this occurs, please call 709-777-8994 or email us at info@cancercarefoundation.nl.ca .
